Pam grew up in South America, surrounded by the rich flavors and sweet traditions of her hometown. Alfajores (soft, delicate cookies filled with dulce de leche) were always a cherished treat. When she moved to the United States to pursue her education, she brought those sweet memories with her.

After settling in Utah, Pam searched for alfajores that tasted like home, but nothing quite compared. Tired of receiving crumbled cookies shipped from abroad, she decided to bake her own. She shared them with family, then friends, then neighbors — and soon, the word spread.

What started as a homesick craving turned into a passion project, and eventually blossomed into a small business. Today, Sweet Alfajores by Pam bring a little piece of South America to your table, made with care, tradition, and love in every bite.
